DNE has been established to protect the memories of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our Nation and to limit the additional pain inflicted on those they leave behind.
Unfortunately, there are those in our Country who care more about the opportunity to exploit these brave heroes than to honor them. They use these heroes for political and financial gain. They care not one whit for the husbands and wives, mothers and fathers, sons and daughters left behind. They care only to exploit these sacrifices for personal gain and to further their own selfish political agendas.
We will stop them.
Through shame, if they have any left.
Through legislation if we must.
Through coordinated action, if you'll join us.
We will protect these heroes and their families from those who would exploit their names and likenesses for political and/or financial gain.
